Kamil Art Gallery présente une vaste collection d'art contemporain et s’engage à soutenir le travail de jeunes artistes émergents à travers le monde. Propriété de l'architecte et designer d'intérieur Kamil, la galerie allie avant-garde et pièces d’artistes reconnus. En près de 30 ans, Kamil a soutenu de nombreux artistes de l’Ecole de Nice (Sosno, Le Malin, Klein, Arman…) et mis en lumière les espagnols Sabala, F.M.G et Serrano.
Il présente actuellement le fameux photographe New Yorkais Jordan Matter qui par son travail a créé un phénomène viral qui a attiré plus de trois millions de fans sur les réseaux sociaux ainsi que ses vidéos de sa série Youtube, « 10 minute photo challenge », qui ont été visionnées plus de 200 millions de fois. Auteur des best-sellers Dancers Among Us et Born To Dance du New York Times.
Il soutient aussi un artiste allemand exceptionnellement excentrique Eric Massholder avec des œuvres qui interpellent. C’est tout naturellement qu’aujourd’hui Kamil Art Gallery mise sur l’art contemporain iranien qui est en pleine expansion.

EXPOSITIONApocalypse – Éric Massholder SmartVerum: Digital Art
Crises seem to define our day and age: from ecology to politics, on to economy and science. For several years now, the once proclaimed end of a world has taken on the appearance of the end of the world. Faced with the inexorable march of time, the Apocalypse series (2006/2010) from artist Eric Massholder presents itself as a series of revelations: a vision of the future tinged with acid and steeped in complexities; a portrait of humanity both celebrated and castigated. With a mordant and irreverent humor, Massholder shapes his work into a mirror for our own vanity: a mirror showing humanity on the edge of an abyss that can no longer be blamed on divine forces but that remains entirely imputable to the hubris of Modernity and the Anthropocene. Evoking, through his use of all-overs, as much an anguish and a fear of the void as a fierce playfulness, Massholder combines dreams and nightmares, inviting us all to « dance instead of sinking ».
With irony and audacity, Apocalypse will take its omen even further thanks to a collaboration with SmartVerum. Through an improbable combination of fine arts and digital arts, Massholder’s work will be converted into NFTs, taking the work of this prophet-like artist yet one step further.
